查伟，男，高级工程师，注册安全工程师。中国石油和化工工业联合会安全环保部副主任。1986年毕业于大连理工大学化工学院。

具有丰富的石化行业从也经历，石化生产、设备、安全等现场管理工作20多年，石化行业的安全技术研究和HSE体系推广工作13年，对石化行业的安全生产所存在的问题有深入研究，具有丰富的实践经验和理论成果。主持或参与的国家课题有2项，省部级课题有6项，以第一作者发表过论文3篇。获得省部级成果奖3项。

Zha Wei, male, senior engineer and registered safety engineer, now serves as Deputy Director of Safety and Environmental Protection Department of China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation(CPCIF). He graduated from the School of Chemical Engineering, Dalian University of Technology in 1986. He enjoys extensive experiences in the petrochemical industry, with over 20 years of on-site management practices in petrochemical production, equipment, safety, etc., and 13 years of research on safety technology and promotion of HSE system in the petrochemical industry. He has conducted in-depth research on the problems of safety production in the petrochemical industry and obtained ample practical experiences and theoretical achievements. He has led or participated in 2 national projects and 6 provincial and ministerial projects, and has published 3 papers as the first author. He received 3 provincial and ministerial achievement awards.
